Daniel Hu is currently an Associate Broker with eXp Commercial. He specializes in commercial real estate sales and leasing, and he is also the chief commercial real estate consultant at TransGlobal, the largest financial planning company in U.S.-Asian communities. He has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate field and is fluent in both English and Chinese. He has strong relationships with overseas investors and the Chinese community in the United States.
He always considers the needs of customers as the first priority and draws on a variety of information to provide customers with the best business investment trends. Years of business investment experience contributes to his excellent business insights and smooth transaction negotiation skills. Daniel carefully handles and communicates complicated transaction processes, resolves challenging transaction situations, and accurately determines marketing trends.
He previously held the position of Director of the Greater China Desk West Coast of CBRE, a Fortune 500 listed commercial real estate company, and the Managing Director of the Asia Pacific of NAI Capital, a world-renowned commercial real estate company. In these positions, Daniel assisted both local and overseas Asian buyers/tenants in their commercial real estate needs in the United States.
Daniel is the founder and president of the World Financial Center. He has provided professional consulting for real estate investors for many years, and has represented hundreds of qualified investors, sellers, and buyers in commercial real estate transactions.
Because of his rich experience in real estate for many years, he is also an overseas consultant for many Chinese real estate companies. His interview “Real Estate Market Trends” was selected as the cover story for China Fortune magazine, and it was circulated widely in China, Canada and the United States.
In 2011, Daniel was chosen to be the key real estate professional of the World Trade Center Association, and he formed a trade delegation along with the chairman of LAEDC, U.S. senators and business leaders to organize a trade visit to China. During this trade visit, he visited more than 60 well-known Chinese companies and assisted them in commercial real estate investments in the United States.
